SUNDAY
Breakfast: Pancakes and syrup

Lunch: Toasted cheese sandwiches
Afternoon tea: ANZAC slice, milk
Dinner: Roast chicken, baked potato, peas, corn, carrots, gravy

MONDAY
Breakfast: Weetbix and milk, 1/2 sliced banana
Morning tea: Trail mix
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich, carrot sticks, dip
Afternoon tea: Pita chips, dip
Dinner: Rissoles, mash, peas, corn, carrots, gravy, apple, sponge with cream

TUESDAY
Breakfast: Boiled egg, toast, fruit and yoghurt
Morning tea: Carrot and celery sticks, dip
Lunch: Sausage rolls, muffin, apple
Afternoon tea: Pita chips, dip
Dinner: Spag bol, salad, tinned fruit and custard

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Weetbix and milk, sliced peaches
Morning tea: Trail mix
Lunch: Salad wrap, mandarin, lunchbox cookie
Afternoon tea: Pita chips, dip
Dinner: Grilled sausages, potato bake, peas, corn, carrots

THURSDAY
