In the second part of the interview with Michael Atkinson, he was asked why he had "scoffed" at Today Tonight's calls for an inquiry into the systematic abuse of wards of the State. (The eventual outcome was the Mullighan Enquiry). Again his response was personal abuse and untruths, in order to deflect criticism from his own conduct. The footage speaks for itself.
