Holden's lemon cars. They're brand new but plagued with problems and putting lives at risk.
Holden tells us they’re now in contact with the car owners Today Tonight interviewed for our story. Here's Holden's statement in full:
“Holden is committed to customer satisfaction and we take every customer complaint very seriously and work hard to ensure we resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
Holden encourages anyone with a complaint to contact our experienced Customer Care team so each case can be dealt with on an individual basis.
In reviewing these cases, Holden found that despite the best intentions of our Customer Care team, some of these concerns were not managed to our usual high standards. Holden is in contact with each of these customers and working with them to resolve these issues."
