Mark's Top Tips to Hypnotise yourself

  1. Have a clear goal stated in positive language.
    E.g. I now allow myself to weigh a strong, fit, health X kilos.
    I now allow myself to walk for 30 minutes twice a day.
    I now allow myself to go for a swim, gym, bike ride for 60 minutes three times a week.

  2. Visualise your action steps.
    Close your eyes and picture or imagine yourself doing a variety of exercises.

  3. Talk yourself up.

  4. Create a daily ritual.
